Hello and welcome to Printing Studio, creators of custom promotional headwear to help companies expand their brand. We do this by creating made-to-order leather patch hats for all styles used as corporate/team wear, promotional items for customers, employees, field service teams, in-store/e-commerce sales, or loyalty programs.

We carry a wide variety of different brands, and recommend TravisMathew, Decky, Yupoong Classics, New Era, Richardson, Imperial, Flexfit, Dri-Duck, and, Carhartt.

Printing Studio only uses genuine leather and has selected Hermann Oak Expedition 1881 top grain or Bridle leather for our patches. It's 100% vegetable tanned with organic plant-based materials (e.g., leaves, bark, acorns), so there are no harmful environmental effects.  Located in St. Louis, Missouri, the Hermann Oak Leather Company started in 1881 and supplied the local harness trade and wagon trains of settlers along the Lewis and Clark Trail. So, a lot of neat history behind our leather.

We cut and engrave our leather patches using lasers to produce a perfect patch. Our laser motors can control motion to a thousandth of an inch, and the laser can focus down to the width of a human hair. Combined, these technologies create leather patch prints with exquisite detail and precision. Using Live Camera Preview technology, we can capture the design overlay on the material to provide digital pre-production images of your patch. Like a camera, our laser has a fully automatic focusing system to cut and engrave on thick and thin materials. Before each patch print, the height is measured with exacting precision using onboard camera technology to be sure our patches print perfectly every time.
